Happy Birthday to July & August Babies

Weeks ago, we had a birthday celebration in CG for July & August babies - EG, Yuki, & Melissa. Thanks to Adeline (newly appointed CG birthday planner :P) who planned the celebration. It was a surprise to the birthday babies as no one expected it.

May they have another blessed year ahead, and may the good Lord bless them at all times.

WorkOut Session

On Friday's CG, (BIG) Daniel suggested to have some sports session, after some small discussion, we have decided to go for badminton + gym session in one of the MNCs in Bayan Lepas, since the employees are allowed to bring some friends in.

7 of us turned up. 4 guys were playing badminton, with 2 girls + 1 guy (strong one :P) went for the gym upstair. It was a good environment with good facilities.

We had a mix double before we all left the place. I somehow forgot who won the game. I don't think it's me & EG since our teamwork wasn't not very good. But anyhow, we had a good time playing.

It was a very good workout session. I bet everyone had very good sleep on that night after the heavy sweating. Doing sport is good for health since it helps to release stress and detoxifying our bodies, as well as improving the bonding among us. One stone two birds, or maybe more birds. :P. We should do more of this in the future so that all of us will be more fit.

Jireh Unlimited Weekly Announcement: August Week 5

Hello everyone :)

This week we’ll have no CG on Friday. We’re taking a break since it’s a long weekend and most people are planning to go back to hometown this weekend. So, for those who’re going back home, we pray for Journey Mercy.

For those who’re staying back in Penang, don’t worry, there are plans for you too. :). EPCC is having a National Day Prayer on 1st Sept 2008, 8pm – 10pm. It’s Penang combined churches prayer in EPCC. We have a special Guest, YB Lim Guan Eng is coming to join us too. As mentioned by Pastor Sam last Sunday, they will probably remove all chairs as we’re expecting a lot of ppl coming for the prayer meeting. So, come with jeans so that it’s easier for you to squat down or sitting down. :)

EPCC Anniversary Weekend - Friday Revival and Healing Meeting

There was no CG meeting at Benji’s place yesterday. We met in church for a Revival and Healing Meeting. This is part of the Anniversary Weekend Celebration.

It was an AWESOME event. We could feel the ‘heat’ of God’s Presence surrounding us. God’s Presence was so strong in our midst, many lives were touched.



It was great to see Unlimited Zone (Jireh Unlimited and Zion) members worshipping together.






Pr. Luis shared his personal moments on how he first resisted Christ and his acceptance of Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. He also shared on how God empowered him with the Holy Spirit. There were tales of his encounters with demonic spirits. He calls them Confrontation of Powers. Of course there is no power like the POWER OF GOD for He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world!! Praise the Lord!

We had 2 new comers and both accepted Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Praise the Lord!



The evening ended with a Healing Rally and yes... supper!!

It has been almost 6 months since Joan and I joined JU.

Every since that day, our lives changed as God touched us over and over again.

Here's a summary of how God has changed us and called us to be FANATICs for Jesus!

F - Fascinated by His Goodness
We've since been deeply fascinated by His Goodness!

A - Awe Struck in His Presence
The meaning of Awesome Reverence never had been more real to us. It humbles the heart and fills us with joy!

N - Never Ending Mercies
The Steadfast Love of the Lord never ceases. His Mercies NEVER comes to an end. They are new every morning. Great is the Lord our God!

A - Amazing Grace
By His Grace we are saved! Salvation belongs to the Lord!


T - Tremendous Blessings
OOohhhh yah... His Blessings never end! I always had problems getting to CG early. The first CG I attended, we arrived at 10PM!... But, then bro KC shared with me, ask our Heavenly Father set the possibilities for us. Tell God we want to go CG and He will make a way. Indeed He DID!! I find that my work started to end 5 mins earlier, then 15 mins, then 30 mins, and now.. We'll be in CG latest by around 8:45PM!

I - In Love with Christ
Falling in Love with Christ again and again. and it just gets better and better. Like aged Pu'er.. ok lar... Wine. ahahaha...

C- Christ Centered
From being someone who thrives on people's praises, now I've learnt to Praise the Lord under all circumstances. Even in hardship and sorrow, I Praise the Lord! All Glory to Him!

We continue to pray for God's Loving Hands to touch more lives and raise up more FANATICs for Jesus!!
